QUIET OPERATION |
The package Rooftop series is constructed and engineered with noise reduction as
a first consideration (low noise fans mounted, and fibre glass insulation is mounted
on vibration isolators for evaporator section and compressor).

CAPACITY TO FIT |
There is a large production line of packaged units with capacities ranges from 3.0
to 53.0 @ 50 Hz and 3.5 to 59.0 @ 60Hz. refrigerant tons at nominal conditions.

Compressor |
The compressor used is hermetic refrigerant gas cooled with internal thermal protection
in each phase. The terminal boxes are rainproof. The starting way is direct on line
with high efficiency, low sound. It matches all other Bright products’ reliability
and efficiency.

DIRECT DRIVE, CONDENSER PROPERTIES FANS |
All condenser fans are the propeller axial type, which are directly mounted on the
motor shaft. All fans are selected for optimum and efficiency and for maximum sound
power reduction. Fan blades are made for maximum corrosion resistance, and are steady
and dynamically balanced before installation. Bright also provides its “Patent Design"
for condenser fans mounting. This new design offers low noise operation with high
efficiency. All condenser fans are equipped with grille protection.

BELT DRIVE EVAPORATOR FAN |
Fans are forward curved, centrifugal double inlet, double width (DlDW) type that
are designed for maximum efficiency for uniform air distribution. All fans are V
-- belt driven with variable pitch pulley (for fan motors with 5. 5kw and less only).
All fans are statically and dynamically balanced to ensure quiet operation and smooth
performance.

FILTERS |
All models are provided with 1” thick aluminium flat filter (as standard features).
Other filters are available upon request.

INSULATION |
All units are internally lines with 1.0 inch fibreglass insulation for coil and
fan section (evaporator side only)

|
LOW COST INSTALLATION |
Units are factory assembled and pre-charged, with a single point electrical connection.
On arrival to the job site they are ready to be lifted to their operating position
through the lifting supports available on the units.

CASTING |
Heavy gauge galvanized steel cases with polyester epoxy powder electrostatic oven-baked
paint of coating finish, and designs outdoor installation with 1" thick fibreglass
or equivalent insulation for evaporator section only. All units are provided with
a 1" aluminium flat filter that slides out for easy cleaning or replacement.

EVAPORATOR AND CONDENSER COILS |
The evaporator and condenser coils are designed to deliver their respective duties
at optimum performance. Coils are manufactured from seamless copper tubes mechanically
– expanded into aluminum fins. All coils are tested at 3.0 Mpa. air pressure to
avoid leakage, They also undergo dry chemical cleaning after manufacturing for optimum
system cleanness.

CONDENSER FAN MOTOR |
All fans motors are six poles, induction type motors, totally enclosed air – cooled,
squirrel -- cage type. Internal thermal current protected, with class "F" insulation.

EVAPORATOR FAN MOTORS |
Motors are of the totally enclosed induction type, with fan/motor assembly placed
on a floating base with a flexible connection at the fan/casing interface. The base
itself is mounted on rubber in sheer vibration isolators to eliminate noise and
vibration transmission to buildings. All fan motors are of the single-speed type,
four-pole and highly efficient, induction type motors, totally enclosed air -cooled,
squirrel-cage type, internal thermal current protected and with class "F" insulation.

DRAIN PAN |
All units are provided with a drain pan having drain connection from one side. The
drain pan is insulated on the underside to prevent condensation.
